Bayern Munich celebrated their 22nd Bundesliga title with victory over relegated Hertha Berlin at the Olympiastadion.
Ivica Olic put the Bavarians ahead in the 20th minute, but Adrian Ramos brought the home side level in the 59th.
Arjen Robben restored Bayern's lead in the 74th minute before adding the third in the 87th minute and the celebrations commenced as the Bavarians got their hands on the Bundesliga title and Berlin waved goodbye to the top flight in a mixture of tears of joy and sadness.
Bayern coach Louis van Gaal chose his strongest team with Robben and Franck Ribery on the wings and Olic in his attack, leaving Germany internationals Miroslav Klose and Mario Gomez on the bench and making it clear he was taking this game as seriously as any other.
Nevertheless, it was also quite evident that his players did not want to take any risks in view of next week's DFB-Pokal and the Champions League final seven days later.
The Bayern players avoided any potentially dangerous tackles and this allowed Berlin, whose relegation was confirmed last weekend, to take control of the game.
However, the first chance fell to Bayern with Ribery finding Olic, whose shot was saved by Jaroslav Drobny.
Drobny could do nothing to deny Olic's next shot in the 20th minute as the Croatian put Bayern in front with a well-placed shot into the far corner after being found near the edge of the penalty area by Robben.
Levan Kobiashvili almost equalised in the 34th minute with a direct free-kick which was tipped round the post by Hans-Jorg Butt.
Berlin levelled on the hour mark with Cicero crossing for Ramos, who was unmarked 10 yards from goal and able to pick his spot.
Bayern moved up a gear, clearly wanting to end the Bundesliga season on a high before the celebrations began in earnest.
And Robben netted his 15th and 16th league goals of the season to earn all three points for the new German champions.
The first came from a typically ruthless counter attack with Robben cutting in from his left, like he had for his crucial Champions League goals against Fiorentina and Manchester United, to beat Drobny with a low shot.
And he was on hand to nudge the ball over the goal line after Diego Contento's shot rebounded off the crossbar three minutes from time.
